We are looking for a highly dynamic and entrepreneurial Business Head to take ownership of our business growth and day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in business development, B2B sales, team building, delegation and business growth , preferably from the fragrance, flavour, aroma chemicals, specialty chemicals or related industry . Key Responsibilities:

- Drive aggressive revenue and business growth.
- Generate new B2B customers and large accounts.
- Develop new markets, products and business opportunities.
- Build, hire and manage a high-performing team.
- Delegate responsibilities and create accountability.
- Set sales targets, KPIs and performance systems.
- Build relationships with CXOs, business owners and key decision-makers.
- Negotiate and close high-value business deals.
- Coordinate sales, operations, procurement and other functions.
- Develop systems and processes to make the business scalable.
- Identify new revenue streams and strategic partnerships.
- Take ownership of execution and ensure targets are achieved.





What We Are Looking

For

- 5+ years of relevant experience, preferably 7–15 years.
- Proven track record of generating business and growing revenue.
- Robust B2B sales and networking ability.
- Experience managing and building teams.
- Excellent leadership, negotiation and communication skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong sense of ownership.
- Highly energetic, ambitious and result-oriented.
- Ability to work independently and make business decisions. Industry experience in fragrance, flavours, aroma chemicals, specialty chemicals, FMCG or related B2B industries will be strongly preferred. This is not a routine managerial role . We are looking for someone who can help build the company, bring in more business, create a strong team and eventually take ownership of the day-to-day business.

Salary: ₹6–12 LPA + performance incentives , depending on experience and track record.
