- Research and identify prospective customers across target industries and global markets.
- Generate qualified leads through cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io and other prospecting platforms.
- Build targeted prospect lists and identify key decision-makers.
- Initiate conversations with potential customers and qualify opportunities.
- Schedule discovery meetings and product demonstrations for the sales team.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to execute outbound campaigns.
- Consistently achieve lead generation and meeting booking targets.

- 2 - 5 years of experience in Lead Generation, Business Development, SDR, or BDR roles.
- Strong experience in outbound prospecting and appointment setting.




- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, Upwork, ZoomInfo, or similar prospecting tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience working with US, UK, Europe, or APAC markets is preferred.
- Exposure to Salesforce, SaaS, CRM, or IT Services is an added advantage.
- Self-motivated, organised, and comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
