? Hiring: Senior Business Development Manager | Remote

We are looking for a Senior Business Development Manager who can take complete ownership of business development and revenue generation.

This is not a lead-generation-only or coordination role. We are looking for someone who can build a client pipeline, bring business, close deals, and contribute directly to revenue growth.

What we’re looking for

- Strong experience in B2B sales / business development
- Background in video production, advertising, media, creative services, UGC, or production houses
- Existing relationships with brands, agencies, or decision-makers
- Ability to build a pipeline independently from scratch
- Strong negotiation and deal-closing skills
- Experience handling the complete sales cycle — prospecting to closure and revenue realization
- A transparent understanding of how to build and execute a BD strategy
