Role Overview
We are looking for an energetic Business Development professional with experience in IT Infrastructure Managed Services / IT Solutions Sales to drive customer acquisition, build strategic relationships, and generate new business opportunities across the West region.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive current business development and revenue growth for Infrastructure Managed Services.
- Identify, engage, and convert decision-makers across SMBs, Corporates & Conglomerates.
- Build and maintain strong CXO/decision-maker relationships through direct sales.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure.
- Develop and execute territory-focused sales strategies.
- Understand customer requirements and position relevant IT solutions/services.
- Build a strong sales pipeline and consistently achieve revenue targets.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver customized solutions to customers.
What We're Looking For
- 24 years of experience in Business Development / Direct Sales.
- Experience in IT Infrastructure, Managed Services, Cybersecurity, Cloud, SaaS, Digital Transformation, Telecom or ISP sales.
- Strong network/connects with decision-makers in SMBs, Corporates and Conglomerates.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Candidates with sales awards, recognitions or strong achievement records will be preferred.
- Experience covering Mumbai, Pune and Gujarat / West India will be an added advantage.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer-centric and consultative selling approach.
• Comfortable working with CRM, MS Office and sales productivity tools.
Education B.Tech + MBA preferred. Candidates with strong relevant sales experience and other educational qualifications may also be considered.
