Business Development ManagerWe’re looking for a results-driven Business Development Manager who can identify new opportunities, build strong business relationships, pitch effectively, and contribute directly to the company’s growth.

What you'll do

- Generate and qualify leads through LinkedIn, outbound outreach, networking, and referrals.
- Identify and engage potential clients and business partners.
- Manage the sales cycle from prospecting and pitching to negotiation and closure.
- Drive client onboarding and ensure a smooth transition.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Identify opportunities to grow existing accounts through upselling and cross-selling.
- Research new markets and identify potential business opportunities.
- Track sales activities, pipeline, and performance against targets.

What we're looking for
- Excellent command of English is mandatory.
- 4–5 years of experience in Business Development, B2B Sales, Client Acquisition, or Partnerships.
- Proven track record in lead generation, client acquisition, and deal closure.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.




- Experience in engaging and converting business owners and key decision-makers.
- Ability to independently manage the end-to-end sales cycle.
- Strong relationship-building, follow-up, and account management skills.
- Target-driven mindset with strong ownership and a proactive approach.
- Ability to identify and convert current business opportunities.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
- Proficiency in LinkedIn, MS Excel/Google Sheets, CRM, and sales tools.

Compensation & Location
- Salary: ₹60,000–₹70,000 per month + performance-based incentives
- Location: Kharadi, Pune
- Work Model: In-office
- Job Type: Full-time
