We're looking for a B2B business development professional to grow LXL Ideas' relationships with schools across Delhi NCR and North India; meeting owners, trustees, directors and principals, and converting relationships into sustainable business.

You'll front-end business development for School Cinema, SCIFF (School Cinema International Film Festival) and other LXL Ideas school initiatives.

What you bring

- ~7 years in B2B / enterprise sales
- Consultative or concept-selling experience
- Proven ability to engage senior institutional decision-makers
- Strong relationship-building, presentation and negotiation skills
- Full sales-cycle ownership — prospecting to closure
- Exposure to education, EdTech, publishing, training, SaaS, media, events or other institutional businesses
- Existing relationships in the school ecosystem — robust advantage
