About the Role

We are looking for an experienced professional to lead our Placement & Corporate Relations function. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Business Development, Corporate Sales, Employer Relations, Client Acquisition, or Key Account Management, preferably from a Recruitment Consultancy, Staffing Firm, HR Consulting, or EdTech organization.

If you have successfully built corporate partnerships and onboarded companies for hiring, this opportunity offers you the chance to create impactful placement opportunities for students while strengthening industry relationships.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- 10+ years of experience in Business Development, Corporate Relations, Employer Engagement, Client Acquisition, or Recruitment Consulting.
- Experience in Recruitment Consultancy, Staffing, Executive Search, HR Consulting, EdTech, or Corporate Relations will be highly preferred.
- Strong corporate network across industries.




- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills.
- Proven track record of onboarding new corporate clients.
- Leadership experience in managing teams and achieving business targets.
- Willingness to travel for corporate meetings and partnership development.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and strengthen relationships with corporate organizations across industries.
- Onboard new companies for campus recruitment and internships.
- Generate placement opportunities for students through strategic partnerships.
- Build and maintain a solid employer network.
- Collaborate with academic teams to understand student competencies and employer requirements.
- Organize campus recruitment drives, placement events, career fairs, and networking sessions.
- Achieve placement targets and improve employer engagement.
- Lead and mentor the placement team.
- Represent the institution at industry events and corporate meetings.
