Role Description The Business Development Intern role at MoveABox is a hybrid internship based in Bengaluru, with flexibility for some work-from-home tasks. The intern will support lead generation activities by identifying potential clients, reaching out through calls, emails, and social platforms, and maintaining accurate records of prospects and ongoing conversations. Daily responsibilities include assisting with market research on logistics trends and competitors, preparing basic reports and presentations, and supporting the development of outreach campaigns and sales materials.





The intern will collaborate with the business development and operations teams to coordinate client follow-ups, respond to inquiries, and contribute to improving customer experience. This role offers practical exposure to logistics, sales, and customer engagement in a fast-moving startup environment.

- Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills and the ability to interpret data and market insights.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills, including clear written and verbal interaction with clients and internal teams.
- Candidates should possess Lead Generation capabilities, with interest in outreach, prospecting, and pipeline building.
- Candidates should possess Market Research skills to gather, organize, and present information on customers, competitors, and industry trends.
- Candidates should possess Customer Service skills, including a professional, empathetic approach to handling client queries and concerns.
- Additional beneficial qualifications include interest in logistics or supply chain, basic knowledge of sales or marketing concepts, and proficiency with productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentation software).
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Management, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to work in a hybrid setting in Bengaluru, manage time effectively, and collaborate with diverse team members.
