Business Development Intern – Full-Time

We are looking for enthusiastic and result-oriented candidates to join our team in Business Development & B2B Sales.

Who Can Apply?

- Freshers who have completed their degree/diploma
- Students from Polytechnic Diploma, B.Com and BBA backgrounds are preferred
- Women professionals returning to work after a career break are encouraged to apply
- Good communication skills and willingness to learn
- Interest in sales, business development and technology is an advantage

Role

- Generate and qualify B2B leads
- Contact prospective customers through calls, email and LinkedIn
- Understand customer requirements and introduce our solutions
- Arrange customer meetings and support the sales process
- Follow up with prospects and maintain lead details
- Work towards achieving sales targets





Internship & Compensation

Willingness to work full time onsite in and around Kelambakkam for the duration of the internship and subsequent role

- Internship: 45 days
- Confirmation: Minimum 1 successful sale during the internship
- Post-internship Fixed CTC: ₹1.80 Lakhs per annum
- Performance Incentive: Up to ₹1,20,000 per annum
- Total Potential CTC: ₹3 Lakhs per annum
- Travel & Food Allowance: ₹500 per eligible onsite customer visit during internship
- Internship extension may be considered for deserving candidates.
