WE’RE HIRING — BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT HEAD

Nova Spark Digital Marketing Agency is looking for an experienced Business Development Head to lead our B2B sales growth and help us scale our client base.

This is NOT a basic Sales Executive role.

We’re looking for someone who can close high-ticket clients, build a predictable sales pipeline, develop sales systems, and eventually build & lead a high-performing sales team.

? Fixed: ₹40K–₹60K/month + Performance Commission

What You'll Be Responsible For• Drive B2B sales and new business revenue

- Close High monthly retainer clients

• Generate qualified leads through LinkedIn, Cold Email, Calling, Networking & Partnerships

• Conduct discovery calls and business consultations

• Prepare proposals and negotiate with founders & decision-makers

• Manage the complete sales pipeline from lead generation to closure

• Build sales SOPs, processes and CRM systems

• Track MRR, conversion rate, pipeline and sales performance

• Recruit, train and manage future SDRs & Sales Executives

• Develop Nova Spark's domestic & international sales pipeline

What We're Looking For





- 4–7+ years of B2B Sales / Business Development experience
- Experience in Digital Marketing Sales
- Proven track record of closing ₹50K+ high-ticket retainers
- Strong communication, negotiation & closing skills
- Excellent outbound sales and lead-generation skills
- Experience with CRM platforms such as HubSpot / Zoho / similar
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of revenue
- International B2B sales experience is a BIG PLUS

Performance OpportunityFixed: ₹40K–60K/month+ 10-15% Performance Commission

Commission will be based on successfully collected client revenue/new business.
