About the role:

We are looking for a driven and experienced Client Account Management professional to manage international B2B clients and contribute to business growth.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in consultative sales, client relationship management and account growth, with the ability to understand client needs, build trust and work closely with internal teams to deliver the right solutions.

Responsibilities:

- Manage and build strong relationships with international B2B clients.
- Understand client requirements, business challenges and growth opportunities.
- Drive consultative selling and identify upselling/cross-selling opportunities.
- Manage the sales cycle from requirement discovery to closure.
- Conduct client calls, presentations, negotiations and follow-ups.
- Monitor account performance, client satisfaction and opportunities for account growth.




- Handle client concerns and ensure timely resolution.
- Build long-term relationships and contribute to client retention and revenue expansion.

Requirement:

- 3+ years of experience in International B2B Sales / Client Account Management / Business Development.
- Experience working with US/UK or other international clients.
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
- Strong understanding of consultative and solution-based selling.
- Hands-on experience with CRM and sales management tools.
- Strong negotiation, presentation and relationship-management skills.
