UXDLAB Software Pvt. Ltd. is looking for enthusiastic and motivated freshers to join our team as Business Development Executives – IT Sales at our Sector 62, Noida office.

Position: Business Development Executive – IT Sales

Location: Sector 62, Noida

Qualification: Any Graduate

Experience: Freshers are welcome

Working Hours: 12:00 PM – 9:00 PM

Working Days: Monday to Friday

Client Base: US-based clients

Key Responsibilities

- Generate and qualify new business leads through LinkedIn, email, calling, online research, and other channels.
- Handle communication and business interactions with US-based clients and prospects.
- Understand client requirements and introduce suitable IT services and solutions.
- Conduct B2B prospecting, lead generation, follow-ups, and lead nurturing.
- Build and maintain professional relationships with potential and existing clients.
- Coordinate with internal technical teams to understand and present suitable solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and sales activities.
- Work towards achieving individual and team business development targets.

Requirements
- Any Bachelor's degree.




- Freshers with an interest in IT Sales and Business Development are encouraged to apply.
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
- Confident in communicating with US-based clients.
- Good interpersonal, negotiation, and convincing skills.
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and target-oriented approach.
- Candidates residing in or near Noida/Delhi NCR will be preferred for convenient commuting to our Sector 62 office.
