Role Description This is a full time, on-site Business Development Executive role based in Malappuram. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, and building a strong pipeline of prospects for Sky Ocean’s logistics and shipping services.

The Business Development

Executive will engage with potential and existing clients, present tailored service solutions, and support contract negotiations to drive revenue growth. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing key accounts, maintaining regular communication with customers,



coordinating with internal operations teams, and tracking market trends to recommend strategic actions. The position also requires preparing reports, updating CRM or sales tools, and contributing to sales targets and business development plans.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in Recent Business Development and Lead Generation to identify and pursue growth opportunities.
- Candidates should possess skills in Business and Account Management to support client relationships and long-term partnerships.
- Candidates should possess strong Communication skills to interact effectively with clients, internal teams, and external partners.
- Relevant experience in logistics, shipping, or freight services is highly beneficial.
- Ability to work independently, meet sales targets, and manage multiple accounts and leads simultaneously.
- Proficiency with CRM or sales management tools and basic office software.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Logistics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
