Roles & Responsibilities:

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities for space/stall sales across our B2B and B2C exhibitions

- Visit competing and complementary exhibitions in and around Mumbai to identify potential exhibitors and build a lead database

- Pitch our upcoming events to prospective exhibitors, sponsors, and partners, both on-call and in-person

- Convert leads into confirmed bookings by managing the full sales cycle pitch, negotiation, and closure

- Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth exhibitor onboarding pre-event

- Maintain and service existing client relationships to drive repeat bookings across future events

- Track and report daily sales activity, pipeline status, and conversion metrics to the reporting manager

- Represent the company at industry exhibitions and networking events to build market presence





Desired Candidate Profile:

- 3+ years of experience in B2B/B2C sales, preferably in events, exhibitions, media, or advertising sales

- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

- Willingness to travel extensively within Mumbai, including attending events on weekends

- Graduate in any discipline; MBA preferred but not mandatory

- Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment
