Position: Freelance Business Development Executive

About the RoleSakura Architects is looking for a motivated and target-oriented Freelance Business Development Executive to generate new business opportunities, connect with potential clients, and support the growth of our architectural services.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate leads and identify potential clients.
- Reach out to prospective clients through calls, networking, social media, and referrals.
- Understand client requirements and introduce suitable architectural services.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Follow up with leads and convert prospects into clients.
- Coordinate with the architecture team regarding client requirements.
- Maintain basic records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions.
- Achieve agreed business development and sales targets.

Requirements
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and convincing abilities.




- Sales-oriented and target-driven approach.
- Ability to work independently in a remote/freelance role.
- Positive networking and follow-up skills.
- Prior experience in sales, business development, real estate, architecture, or construction is an advantage.
- Knowledge of architecture/construction services will be an added advantage.

Compensation? Performance-Based Commission: Payment will be provided based on the agreed percentage for successful business conversions. What We Offer
