We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Business Development Executive to drive business growth through new customer acquisition, market development and strong relationship management.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and generate new business opportunities in the assigned territory.
- Conduct regular field visits to meet potential customers and business partners.
- Generate leads through market research, references, networking and field activities.
- Understand customer requirements and present suitable products/services.
- Follow up with leads and convert opportunities into business.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners.
- Achieve monthly business development and sales targets.
- Explore new markets and identify potential areas for business expansion.
- Maintain regular customer/lead follow-ups and update the sales pipeline.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution and customer onboarding.
- Track competitor activities and provide market insights to management.
- Prepare daily/weekly reports on visits, leads, conversions and business performance.

Requirements




- Graduate / MBA in Marketing, Sales or related field preferred.
- Fresh MBA graduates with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply.
- Candidates with field sales/business development experience will be preferred.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and convincing skills.
- Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
- Highly energetic, proactive and target-oriented.
- Willingness to travel and work in the field.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
