Business Development Executive Pharma Contract Manufacturing | Work From Home

Remote | Full-time, Permanent | 2.40–4.20 LPA + Attractive Incentives

Medlab Pharmaceuticals Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an energetic and result-driven Business Development Executive who understands pharmaceutical third-party/contract manufacturing and knows how to successfully manage and convert leads from IndiaMART, TradeIndia and other B2B platforms.

This is an excellent work-from-home opportunity for someone who enjoys client communication, commercial negotiation and closing business—and wants to grow with a progressive pharmaceutical company.

What You’ll Do

- Generate and manage qualified enquiries through IndiaMART, TradeIndia and other B2B portals.
- Connect with pharma marketers, brand owners, distributors and private-label clients.
- Understand requirements related to composition, dosage form, packing, quantity and target price.
- Share suitable product options, quotations and commercial proposals.
- Follow up confidently, negotiate commercials and convert enquiries into confirmed orders.
- Coordinate with internal teams/Manufacturers for costing, samples, artwork, documentation, production and dispatch.
- Maintain an organised sales pipeline, CRM updates and daily follow-up records.
- Build long-term client relationships.

You’ll Be a Great Fit If You Have
- 2–5 years of relevant pharmaceutical third party/Contract Manufacturing experience.
- Practical experience in third-party,



contract or private-label pharmaceutical manufacturing.
- Hands-on experience managing leads through IndiaMART, TradeIndia or similar B2B portals—mandatory.
- Knowledge of pharmaceutical products, compositions, dosage forms, packing options and MOQs.
- Solid communication, follow-up, negotiation and order-closing skills.
- A self-driven attitude and the ability to perform independently while working remotely.
- Your own laptop/computer, reliable internet connection and a suitable work-from-home setup.

Please note: This role requires relevant experience in pharmaceutical contract/third-party manufacturing. Pharma franchise, General field sales or Medical Representative not fit for this job.

Education

B.Pharma, B.Sc., BBA, MBA/PGDM or any graduate with relevant experience in pharmaceutical contract/third-party manufacturing will be given priority over educational specialisation.
