We're Hiring: Business Development Executive/n Montaz Medias is a personal branding agency based in Visakhapatnam, helping founders and business leaders build their digital presence through strategy, scripting, content production, editing and growth. /n We're looking for a Business Development Executive who can understand a prospect's business, identify their requirements, communicate the value of our services and convert qualified opportunities into long-term clients. What You'll Do/n /n

- Handle inbound and outbound sales opportunities.

/n

- Connect with founders, entrepreneurs and business owners.

/n

- Conduct discovery and consultation calls.

/n

- Understand client goals, challenges and marketing requirements.

/n

- Present Montaz Medias services and packages.

/n

- Prepare proposals and quotations.

/n

- Follow up consistently with prospects.

/n

- Manage leads and opportunities in our CRM.

/n

- Negotiate and close deals.

/n

- Coordinate client onboarding with the internal team.

/n

- Maintain an organized sales pipeline.

/n

- Work towards monthly revenue and conversion targets.

/n

- Maintain strong relationships with prospects and clients.

/n What We're Looking For/n /n

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Confidence speaking with founders and business owners.

/n

- Positive negotiation and follow-up skills.

/n

- Ability to understand client requirements.

/n

- Basic understanding of digital marketing, social media or creative services.

/n

- Ability to manage multiple leads simultaneously.

/n

- Target-oriented mindset.

/n

- Good English and Telugu communication.

/n Preferred/n Previous experience in any of the following is an advantage: /n /n

- Digital marketing sales

/n Experience/n 0–2 years /n Freshers with excellent communication and sales ability may also apply. Compensation/n ₹2.16–₹2.64 LPA + Performance-Based Incentives /n Compensation will depend on communication skills, previous experience and sales ability.
