We are looking for a motivated Business Development Executive (IT Sales) to join our growing team. If you have experience generating leads, communicating with clients, and closing deals for IT services, we’d love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate new business opportunities through LinkedIn, Upwork, Freelancer, email outreach, and other platforms.
- Identify and connect with potential clients for Web Development, Mobile App Development, AI Solutions, Digital Marketing, and Software Development services.
- Handle client communication and understand project requirements.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and project estimations.
- Conduct online meetings and presentations with prospective clients.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Collaborate with the technical team to ensure smooth project handover.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and business growth objectives.

Requirements

- 1–2 years of experience in IT Business Development or IT Sales.
- Good understanding of IT services and software development.
- Experience with lead generation platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, LinkedIn, Fiverr (preferred).




- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to prepare professional proposals and presentations.
- Self-motivated with a result-oriented mindset.

Bonus Skills

- Knowledge of CRM tools.
- Experience in international client handling.
- Understanding of Digital Marketing and SEO services.
- Basic knowledge of AI, SaaS, and Cloud Solutions.
