Concept Monk is a growing Creative & Digital Marketing Agency looking for a Business Development Executive to drive current client acquisition and expand our business.

Key Responsibilities:

- Generate leads through LinkedIn, email, cold calling, WhatsApp, networking and other channels.
- Identify and connect with business owners, founders and marketing decision-makers.
- Understand client requirements and pitch suitable services.
- Prepare proposals, conduct meetings, negotiate and close deals.
- Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and ensure regular follow-ups.
- Generate recurring monthly retainer clients.
- Build long-term relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Explore partnership and referral opportunities.

Required Skills:





- 1.5–3 years of B2B sales/business development experience.
- Agency, Digital Marketing, Advertising, IT or Web industry experience preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
- Good understanding of digital marketing and creative services.
- Target-oriented with excellent follow-up skills.
- Experience in selling services to businesses will be an advantage.
