Business Development Executive – Digital Leads and Marketing

Location: Delhi -In office

Experience: 1–3 years in Sales / Business Development

Salary: ₹18,000–₹22,000 per month + performance incentives

Joining: Immediate / within 7 days preferred

About the Role

We are looking for a Sales Executive with relevant experience in sales, business development or customer handling.The primary responsibility of this role is converting leads into customers and building strong customer relationships. Leads may come through digital channels, online enquiries and other marketing activities.This is a sales-focused role, not a digital marketing position. You do not need to be a digital marketing specialist.

However, you should be comfortable working with leads generated through digital channels and willing to understand the basic process behind them.Key ResponsibilitiesHandle incoming leads and online enquiries

Contact potential customers and understand their requirements

Follow up with interested prospects through calls, WhatsApp and other communication channels

Explain products/services clearly and assist customers in making decisions

Convert qualified leads into customers

Maintain regular follow-ups and update lead status

Build and maintain good customer relationships

Coordinate with the team regarding leads and customer requirements

Maintain basic records using Excel/CRM

Understand where leads are coming from and learn the basic digital lead-generation process

Contribute to overall business growth through effective customer handling and follow-up

What We're Looking For





1–3 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, Inside Sales, Customer Acquisition or a similar role

Good communication and convincing skills

Experience handling leads and following up with potential customers

Comfortable communicating with customers over phone, WhatsApp and other channels

Ability to understand customer requirements and explain solutions

Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with Excel/CRM

Candidates who have worked with online/digital leads will be preferred

Freshers without sales/customer-handling experience are not eligible.Candidates with relevant sales experience but limited knowledge of digital lead generation are welcome to apply if they are willing to learn our process and grow with the role.What We Offer₹18,000–₹22,000 per month, based on relevant experience
