Decrypt Block is looking for an experienced Business Development Executive with strong expertise in LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Upwork, lead generation, client communication, and proposal writing.

? Key Responsibilities• Generate qualified B2B leads using LinkedIn Sales Navigator

- Identify and research potential clients in target industries and markets
- Generate leads and business opportunities through Upwork
- Monitor and respond to relevant Upwork job postings
- Write compelling, customized, and client-focused Upwork proposals
- Prepare business proposals, presentations, quotations, and pitches
- Handle initial client communication and understand project requirements
- Conduct follow-ups through LinkedIn, email, Upwork, and other channels
- Manage the complete sales pipeline from lead generation to conversion
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with international clients
- Coordinate with technical and delivery teams for project discussions and handovers
- Maintain accurate lead and opportunity records in CRM
- Achieve monthly and quarterly lead generation and revenue targets





? Requirements• 2–3 years of experience in Business Development / IT Sales

- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Strong experience generating leads through Upwork
- Excellent proposal writing and bidding skills
- Experience in selling IT services, software development, web development, mobile apps, or digital solutions will be preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Good understanding of international client acquisition
- Strong negotiation and follow-up skills
- Ability to understand client requirements and convert them into business opportunities
- Target-oriented and self-motivated approach
- Experience working with CRM and maintaining sales pipelines
