We are looking for a Business Development Executive who can help us expand our client base and build long-term business relationships.

Job Responsibilities

- Identify and generate new business opportunities through LinkedIn, email, cold calling, WhatsApp, networking and other channels.
- Research potential clients and identify their marketing, branding and digital requirements.
- Connect with business owners, founders, marketing managers and decision-makers.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable agency services.
- Prepare and present proposals and quotations.
- Schedule and conduct client meetings and follow-ups.
- Negotiate commercials and assist in closing deals.
- Maintain a consistent sales pipeline and update lead status.
- Develop long-term relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Explore opportunities for recurring monthly retainer projects.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly business development targets.
- Coordinate with the internal creative and marketing team during the pre-sales process.
- Explore partnership and referral opportunities with other agencies, companies and consultants.

Requirements

- 1.5–3 years of experience in Business Development / Sales.
- Experience in a Digital Marketing, Advertising, Branding, IT or Creative Agency will be preferred.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Valuable understanding of digital marketing and creative services.
- Ability to communicate with business owners and decision-makers.
- Strong follow-up and lead-conversion skills.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Comfortable with cold calling, LinkedIn outreach and email marketing.
- Basic knowledge of CRM, Google Sheets/Excel and proposal preparation.
- Candidates with an existing B2B client network will have an advantage.

What We Are Looking For

We are not looking for someone who only makes cold calls.

We are looking for someone who can understand a client's business problem, identify the right marketing solution, present the value of our services and convert the prospect into a paying client.

Experience selling digital marketing, website development, branding, advertising or other B2B services will be highly preferred.
