Role Description This full time, on-site Business Development Associate role is based in Udaipur. The individual in this role will identify and qualify new business opportunities, generate leads, and build relationships with charge point operators and other potential partners. Daily responsibilities include conducting market research, preparing and delivering presentations, and supporting sales outreach through calls, meetings, and follow-ups.

Associate will collaborate with internal teams to refine value propositions, support proposal development,



and track progress against business growth targets. The role requires consistent on-site coordination to engage local stakeholders and contribute to strategic expansion initiatives.

Qualifications

- Strong presentation abilities, including creating and delivering effective presentations.
- Proven experience in lead generation and market research to identify and evaluate business opportunities.
- Clear and professional communication skills for engaging clients, partners, and internal teams.
- Basic understanding of the EV ecosystem, charging infrastructure, or related technology sectors is beneficial.
- Ability to work collaboratively, manage time effectively, and meet business development targets.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
- Comfort with CRM tools, spreadsheets, and standard business productivity software.
- Willingness to work on-site in Udaipur and participate in client meetings and field activities.
