About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and target-oriented Business Development Associate – Renewals to join our GCC Renewals Team.

In this role, you will engage with existing customers across the GCC market, understand their requirements, manage renewal conversations, and build strong customer relationships to drive successful renewals.

Key Responsibilities

Connect with existing customers across the GCC region regarding program renewals.

Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable renewal options.

Explain Bhanzu’s programs, benefits, and renewal plans effectively.

Follow up with customers and manage the renewal journey.

Build and maintain robust customer relationships.

Handle customer queries and objections professionally.





Maintain accurate customer records and interactions in CRM.

Achieve individual and team renewal targets.

Eligibility Criteria

Graduate in any discipline.

Minimum 6 months of experience in EdTech is required.

Prior experience in Sales, Renewals, Business Development, or Customer Success is preferred.

Excellent communication skills in English.

Strong interpersonal, convincing, negotiation, and objection-handling skills.

Customer-focused and target-oriented approach.

Comfortable working with GCC customers.

Immediate joiners preferred.
