Role Description This full-time Business Development Associate role is a hybrid position based in Hyderabad, with some work-from-home flexibility. The associate will identify and qualify leads, build and manage a pipeline of prospective students and corporate clients, and conduct outreach via calls, emails, and meetings. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting market research, preparing and delivering presentations about Flexcoders.in’s courses, and supporting the development of partnerships with colleges, companies, and other stakeholders.

The role also involves maintaining accurate records in CRM or sales tracking tools,



collaborating with marketing and academic teams, and contributing to enrollment growth and brand awareness.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess solid Presentation Skills and experience designing and delivering effective Presentations.
- Candidates should possess proven Lead Generation abilities, including prospecting, pipeline management, and follow-up.
- Candidates should possess Market Research skills, with the ability to analyze trends, competitors, and customer needs.
- Candidates should possess clear, confident Communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Relevant experience in business development, sales, or admissions in education or IT training is beneficial.
- Comfort with using CRM tools, spreadsheets, and online communication platforms is preferred.
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment, manage time independently, and meet targets and deadlines.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
