Role Description This is a full-time Business Developer role based in Bengaluru with a hybrid work arrangement, combining on-site collaboration with some work-from-home flexibility.

The Business

Developer will identify and pursue new business opportunities in climate solutions, sustainability consulting, and green staffing services, including prospecting, lead qualification, and pipeline management. The role involves building and maintaining relationships with corporate, government, and institutional clients, preparing proposals, coordinating bids, and supporting contract negotiations.

Developer will collaborate with technical and consulting teams to align client needs with service offerings, support market research and competitor analysis, and contribute to sales forecasts and performance reporting.



Day-to-day tasks include client meetings, follow-ups, CRM updates, preparing presentations, and participating in industry events and webinars to strengthen the company’s market presence.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong business development and sales skills, including lead generation, pipeline management, and client relationship building.
- Candidates should possess skills in negotiation, proposal writing, and presentation delivery to effectively communicate value propositions and close deals.
- Candidates should possess market research and analytical skills to assess opportunities, understand industry trends, and support data-driven decision-making.
- Candidates should possess communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and engage with stakeholders at multiple levels.
- Candidates should possess basic knowledge of climate change, sustainability, or ESG concepts and a solid interest in net-zero and green economy solutions.
- Relevant experience in B2B services, consulting, or technology sectors; prior exposure to climate, sustainability, or environmental services is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, environmental studies, economics, or a related field; a master’s degree or MBA is a plus.
- Ability to work in a hybrid setup from Bengaluru, manage time effectively, and meet revenue and growth targets with minimal supervision.
