Brief about the Position:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development cum Sourcing Manager to spearhead our pharmaceutical raw materials vertical.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and capturing new market opportunities. while building a robust global supply chain for Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients (APIs), excipients, and intermediates.

The ideal candidate should possess a deep understanding of the pharmaceutical value chain, regulatory requirements, and has an established network of manufacturers and customers.

Required Qualifications





Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy (B.Pharm), Chemistry, or Chemical Engineering. An MBA in International Trade or Marketing is highly preferred.

Experience

10–12 years in Leadership Role in this vertical with strong exposure in both BD as wlell for Sourcing/Procurement.

Technical Skills

Solid understanding of the API manufacturing process, regulatory documentation (DMF/CEP), and international logistics.

Soft Skills

Excellent negotiation, analytical thinking, and cross-functional communication skills.
