About the RoleWe are looking for a proactive, analytical, and experienced Business Analyst with 3–4 years of experience to join our Product & Strategy team.

The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, product managers, developers, QA teams, UI/UX teams, and clients to understand business needs, gather and analyze requirements, define functional solutions, and ensure successful product delivery.

The role also involves contributing to AI-driven product initiatives, process optimization, data analysis, UAT, and continuous product improvements throughout the software development lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

- Gather, analyze, validate, and document business and functional requirements from internal and external stakeholders.
- Prepare and maintain BRDs, FRDs, user stories, use cases, process flows, workflow diagrams, and acceptance criteria.
- Translate business requirements into clear and actionable functional specifications for development and QA teams.




- Analyze existing business processes and identify opportunities for automation, optimization, and AI-driven enhancements.
- Collaborate with Product, Development, QA, UI/UX, and other cross-functional teams throughout the SDLC.
- Conduct requirement-gathering workshops, stakeholder meetings, product discussions, and demonstrations.
- Support Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, daily discussions, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Work closely with Product Managers and stakeholders to prioritize requirements and manage product backlogs.
- Coordinate and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and validate that delivered features meet business requirements.
- Review test cases with QA teams, validate functionality, and support defect identification and resolution.
- Perform data analysis using Excel and SQL to support business decisions, requirement validation, and product improvements.
- Assist in defining and validating AI-enabled features, business use cases, workflows, and expected outcomes.
- Identify gaps, dependencies, risks, and potential impacts of proposed business solutions.
- Maintain project and product documentation and ensure end-to-end traceability between requirements, development, testing, and delivered solutions.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders and provide regular updates on requirements, issues, and project progress.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives by analyzing user feedback, business processes, and product performance.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering,



or a related field.
- 3–4 years of professional experience as a Business Analyst in Enterprise Software, SaaS, Product Development, or Digital Transformation projects.
- Strong experience in requirement gathering, requirement analysis, process mapping, and functional documentation.
- Hands-on experience preparing BRDs, FRDs, user stories, use cases, process flows, and acceptance criteria.
- Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile/Scrum methodologies, and software product development.
- Good understanding of API concepts, application workflows, databases, and system integrations is an advantage.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and documentation tools.
- Working knowledge of SQL for data analysis, validation, and reporting.
- Ability to independently manage requirements and coordinate with multiple cross-functional teams.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify gaps and translate complex business requirements into clear functional specifications.

Preferred Skills
- Experience working with AI-powered applications, intelligent automation, Generative AI, or machine-learning-enabled products.
- Hands-on experience with Business Analysis and project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, Visio, Lucidchart, or Figma.
- Knowledge of manual testing concepts, UAT, test case validation, and defect management.
- Experience working in enterprise software, SaaS, workflow automation, ERP, CRM, or GRC platforms.
- Exposure to Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) concepts is an added advantage.
- Understanding of REST APIs and system integrations is a plus.
- Experience interacting directly with clients or international stakeholders is preferred.
- Certification in Business Analysis such as ECBA, CCBA, or CBAP is a plus.
