Business Analyst Department None Power BI, Data Fabric & Project Management Analyst Experience Required: Minimum 3 years of experience across Power BI reporting, data visualisation, Microsoft Fabric/Data Fabric, AI-enabled analytics, data analysis, project coordination, PMO, operations, business analysis, or related roles.

Role Summary Seeking a highly organised and analytical professional to support Power BI reporting, dashboard development, data visualisation, Microsoft Fabric/Data Fabric capabilities, AI-enabled analytics, project management, governance, reporting, and process automation activities. The role will be responsible for building and maintaining reports, supporting data models and reporting layers, enabling AI-assisted insights, coordinating projects, tracking action items, managing documentation, and providing data-driven analysis to stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities Develop, maintain, and enhance Power BI reports, dashboards, scorecards, and management reporting packs. Create clear and effective data visualisations that help stakeholders understand trends, performance, risks, opportunities, and key business drivers.

Support

Power BI report development from requirements gathering through design, data validation, testing, publishing, refresh monitoring, and user adoption. Work with Microsoft Fabric/Data Fabric capabilities, including Lakehouse, Warehouse, SQL endpoint, dataflows, semantic models, curated reporting layers, and reusable datasets where applicable. Support AI-enabled analytics in Microsoft Fabric and Power BI, including Copilot-assisted report creation, natural language querying, automated insight generation, narrative summaries, anomaly identification, and AI-assisted data exploration.





Validate AI-generated insights and reporting outputs against trusted data sources before sharing results with stakeholders or leadership. Conduct data analysis using Excel, Power BI, and available data platforms to support decision-making, performance tracking, and business reviews. Prepare project updates, dashboards, presentations, and management reports for stakeholder and leadership consumption.

Schedule and coordinate meetings, workshops, and stakeholder reviews. Prepare agendas, capture meeting minutes, track follow-up actions, and maintain action logs. Maintain project plans, milestones, risks, issues, dependencies, and status trackers.

Manage

SharePoint sites, Teams folders, and document repositories to support governance and collaboration. Run, monitor, troubleshoot, and maintain Power Automate flows and support Power Apps administration, testing, and enhancements. Drive process improvements, automation opportunities, self-service reporting adoption, and data quality improvements.

Required Skills Minimum 3 years of relevant experience across reporting, analytics, project coordination, PMO, operations, or business analysis. Strong proficiency in Power BI , including report development, dashboard design, data visualisation, Power Query, basic DAX, semantic models, publishing, and refresh monitoring. Working knowledge of Microsoft Fabric/Data Fabric concepts such as Lakehouse, Warehouse, SQL endpoint, dataflows, semantic models,



curated datasets, and reporting layers.

Familiarity with AI-enabled analytics capabilities, including Copilot-assisted reporting, natural language queries, automated insights, narrative summaries, anomaly detection, and AI-assisted data exploration. Strong data analysis skills, including data validation, reconciliation, trend analysis, variance analysis, and interpretation of business performance indicators. Robust proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook, and SharePoint .

Hands-on experience with Power Automate, Power Apps, and Power BI . Strong project coordination skills, including action tracking, stakeholder follow-up, status reporting, risk and issue tracking, and documentation management. Strong organisational, analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.

Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Technology, Data Analytics, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field. Knowledge of Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies.

Microsoft

Power BI, Power Platform, or Microsoft Fabric certifications are an advantage.

Experience supporting self-service BI, reporting governance, data quality checks, metadata documentation, or dashboard adoption. Exposure to data engineering concepts such as ingestion, transformation, Lakehouse architecture, Medallion architecture, curated reporting datasets, and reusable semantic models.
