Required Skills

- 810 years of experience in Business Analysis / System Analysis.
- Robust Lending domain experience is highly preferred.
- Strong Banking domain experience will also be considered.
- Excellent knowledge of requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation.
- Experience with functional specifications, user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria.
- Strong understanding of banking applications and business processes.
- Experience working with cross-functional business and technology teams.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
