Role Description The Business Analyst Intern role at PPStack is a full-time remote position focused on supporting data-driven decision-making across the organization. On a day-to-day basis, the intern will assist in gathering and documenting business requirements, mapping and improving business processes, and analyzing data related to products, services, and operations. The role involves preparing reports and presentations, collaborating with cross-functional teams,



and contributing to market and competitor research for EdTech, career, and digital solutions.

The intern will also help translate insights into actionable recommendations, support the design of dashboards and metrics, and participate in regular meetings with stakeholders to track progress and refine solutions.

Qualifications

- Robust analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and generate insights.
- Foundational knowledge of business analysis, including requirements gathering and documentation.
- Understanding of business processes, process mapping, and basic process improvement concepts.
- Effective communication skills for collaborating with teams and presenting findings clearly.
- Comfort working in a remote, digital-first environment with good time management and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in common productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentation software); familiarity with data visualization tools is a plus.
- Interest in EdTech, AI-driven solutions, and digital transformation; prior exposure through coursework or projects is advantageous.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Data/Information Systems, or a related field.
