Role Description The Business Analyst at AeroFront is a full time, remote role responsible for translating business needs into clear requirements that support our media and platform operations. This role involves gathering and documenting business requirements from stakeholders, analyzing business processes, and identifying opportunities to improve workflows, data usage, and content delivery.

The Business

Analyst will collaborate with editorial, product, technology, and operations teams to define and prioritize initiatives, prepare reports and insights, and support decision-making with structured analysis. Daily activities include conducting qualitative and quantitative analysis, mapping processes, preparing functional specifications,



and monitoring performance against defined metrics to ensure initiatives meet business objectives.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills for data analysis, problem-solving, and drawing actionable insights.
- Candidates should possess Business Analysis and Business Requirements skills to gather, document, and translate stakeholder needs into clear specifications.
- Candidates should possess Business Process skills to map, evaluate, and optimize workflows and operational procedures.
- Candidates should possess Communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and present findings in a clear, structured manner.
- Experience working with digital media, technology, or aerospace-related products or platforms is beneficial.
- Familiarity with data visualization or reporting tools (e.g., Excel, BI tools) and basic understanding of project management practices is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
