Role Overview

We're looking for a sharp, hands-on PR and social media professional to manage and elevate the public presence of a Philanthropist and Oranisation. This is a dedicated personal-brand mandate that blends day-to-day social media ownership with strategic PR, media relations, and image consulting — including guidance on communication, presence, and public conduct.

You'll operate as a trusted advisor and the single point of accountability for how Siddhi shows up publicly — shaping not just how she is seen, but how she is remembered.

Key Responsibilities

1. Social Media & Digital Image (primary focus)

- Own the end-to-end social media presence — strategy, content calendar, posting, and community engagement
- Drive content direction across platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, X, and emerging formats), keeping output consistent, current, and on-brand
- Stay ahead of trends, formats, and cultural moments, and translate them into relevant content
- Track performance and use insights to sharpen reach, engagement, and positioning
- Coordinate with photographers, videographers, editors, and designers to keep a steady, high-quality content pipeline

2. Image & Personal Branding

- Develop and refine public image, positioning, and narrative
- Advise on communication style, body language,



and overall presence
- Work with stylists and creative teams to ensure visual consistency across every touchpoint

3. Media & Public Relations

- Identify and secure high-value media opportunities — interviews, features, and appearances
- Prepare talking points, messaging frameworks, and media briefs
- Act as the primary gatekeeper for external communications

4. Reputation & Crisis Management

- Monitor public perception across media and digital platforms
- Proactively flag and mitigate negative press or reputational risk
- Draft official statements and handle sensitive communications when required

5. Strategic Positioning & Partnerships

- Evaluate and recommend collaborations, endorsements, and public associations
- Ensure every partnership aligns with Siddhi's long-term image and positioning

6. Public Appearances & Conduct

- Advise on events, engagements, and speaking opportunities
- Provide pre-event and real-time coaching on presentation, tone, and interaction

What We're Looking For

- 2–4 years in PR, corporate communications, branding, or image consulting
- Proven experience managing PR and/or social media for high-profile individuals or brands
- Strong grasp of media dynamics, public perception, and reputation management
- Deep, current knowledge of social media trends, digital culture, and audience behaviour
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to guide and influence senior stakeholders
- Sharp judgment under pressure and a proactive, detail-oriented mindset
- Robust command of Marathi (reading, writing, and speaking) alongside English and Hindi
