Role & responsibilities

- Support the smooth day-to-day functioning of the Thoraipakkam branch.

- Coordinate branch opening, classroom readiness and evening closing.

- Supervise the branch and scheduled classes in the absence of management.

- Coordinate printing, stationery, repairs, maintenance and vendor requirements.

- Support student onboarding, attendance and batch coordination.

- Communicate class schedules, reminders and operational updates to students.

- Coordinate with trainers regarding classrooms, materials and batch requirements.

- Follow up on pending fees and irregular attendance in coordination with the admissions and academic teams.

- Handle basic walk-in and telephone enquiries when the admissions executive is occupied.

- Help ensure a skilled and supportive experience for students and parents.

- Supervise the 7:008:00 PM evening program and ensure the branch closes properly.

- Support the promotion of IELTS, PTE, Spoken English, foreign-language, IT and career-development programs.

- Conduct planned visits to nearby colleges, hostels, PGs, apartments, offices and potential referral partners.

- Coordinate the distribution and placement of pamphlets, posters, standees and other marketing materials.

- Support free assessments,



demo classes, seminars, workshops and local promotional events.

- Generate genuine enquiries and accurately record lead details.

Preferred candidate profile

- Bachelors degree or equivalent qualification is preferred.

- Previous 1-2 years' experience in branch administration, office operations, education, training, customer service, field coordination or local marketing is desirable.

- Good communication skills in Tamil and English.

- Basic proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, email and WhatsApp communication.

- Ability to maintain accurate records and prepare simple daily reports.

- Comfortable with planned local travel for purchases, maintenance and marketing activities.

- A two-wheeler and valid driving licence would be an advantage.

- Willingness to work until approximately 8:15 PM.

- Ability to handle students, parents, trainers and vendors professionally.

- Honest, organised, punctual and capable of taking ownership of branch responsibilities.

- Candidates residing in or near Thoraipakkam, Perungudi, Karapakkam, Sholinganallur, Pallikaranai or the OMR area will be preferred.
