The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving Sellout and executing our marketing strategy. You will lead our Sellout Team and execute various marketing activities, manage Store level product display and merchandising, execute various marketing campaigns (BTL and ATL) for generating category wise Sellout. Ideal candidate needs to collaborate with internal teams like Sales, Service and finance to fullfill his respective KPIs.

You will have a robust Trade marketing and Sellout background with excellent communication skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

- ISD Operations (lead a team of Team leaders and manager Store Promoters)
- Responsible for Sellout Achievement through execution of Sellout enablers and achieve store level Sellout targets




- Responsible to Retail Hygiene ( Store display, merchandising and In-store & Out Store Visibility)
- Execution and monitoring of Retail Infrastructure ( Stands and Signages) Asset Management
- Training and Skill enhancement of In store Promoters
- Planning and execution of Marketing campaigns resulting in Sellout Enhancement
- Execution of Trade Promotions and MICE.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- MBA Preffered
- 5+ years' experience in marketing

- Ability to multi-task
- Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills
- Knowledge of Gujarati Language
