Role Description The Branch Operations Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Jaipur, responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the branch and ensuring productive service delivery. This role includes managing loan processing workflows, monitoring documentation and compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements, and coordinating with credit, sales, and collections teams to enable smooth end-to-end processing of education and institutional loans.

Manager will supervise branch operations staff, allocate work, track performance, and implement process improvements to enhance turnaround time and customer experience.



The role also involves maintaining accurate MIS and operational reports, managing cash and disbursement processes, resolving operational issues, and supporting audits and risk assessments.

Manager will work closely with regional leadership to meet operational SLAs, support business growth, and uphold Avanse’s standards of integrity and service quality.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong branch operations management skills, including workflow management, process optimization, and adherence to operational SLAs.
- Candidates should possess expertise in loan operations and documentation, including KYC checks, disbursement processes, compliance with NBFC regulations, and audit readiness.
- Candidates should possess sound people management and leadership skills, including team supervision, performance monitoring, coaching, and cross-functional coordination.
- Candidates should possess solid analytical and reporting skills, including proficiency in MIS preparation, data analysis, and using MS Excel or similar tools for operational tracking.
- Candidates should possess strong customer service and communication skills, including the ability to handle escalations, explain processes clearly, and maintain professional relationships with partners and clients.
- Relevant academic background such as a bachelor’s degree in commerce, finance, business administration, or a related field; a postgraduate qualification (e.g., MBA/PGDM) in finance or operations is an advantage.
