- Achieve branch targets – Deposits, Advances, CASA, Gold Loans & Total Business
- Customer acquisition & relationship management
- Loan monitoring, recovery & NPA control
- Ensure 100% RBI, KYC/AML & Bank policy compliance
- Smooth branch operations & timely MIS reporting
- Staff supervision, discipline & productivity
- Resolve customer complaints promptly
- Ensure audit compliance and close observations on time
