Position: Branch Manager

Package: 9-Lakhs to 12-Lakhs (Plus Incentives)

Role Description

As an Branch Manager at Honeyy Group, you will play a key role in managing the daily operations of our branch located in Visakhapatnam. This is a full-time, on-site position where you will oversee team performance, support sales and marketing initiatives, and assist in achieving business objectives. You will guide the team, resolve customer queries, ensure seamless branch operations, and contribute to strategic growth.

Collaboration, efficiency, and leadership will be central to your daily responsibilities.





Qualifications

- Leadership and Team Management skills, with the ability to guide and motivate a team.
- Sales and Marketing expertise, including experience in setting and achieving targets.
- Operational and Administrative proficiency to ensure the smooth functioning of branch activities.
- Strong Communication and Interpersonal skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.
- Problem-Solving, Decision-Making, and Organizational skills for strategic planning and execution.
- Proficiency in Telugu is advantageous.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred.
- Prior experience in real estate or branch management roles will be a significant advantage.
- Ability to work effectively in a rapid-paced, on-site environment.
- Understanding of the local real estate market and industry trends is beneficial.
