Roles And Responsibilities: Set monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales quotas. Find new customer leads and local business opportunities. Study local market trends and competitor actions. Plan and run local marketing or promotional events. Team Leadership and Management Hire, onboard, and train new sales team members. Coach, mentor, and motivate staff to reach performance goals. Track individual and team sales numbers and give feedback. Handle staffing issues and schedule daily work.
