Role Description The Body Shop Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Surendranagar, responsible for overseeing daily operations of the body shop. This includes managing repair and repainting jobs, coordinating workflows between technicians, service advisors, and parts departments, and ensuring that all work meets brand and safety standards. The role involves monitoring turnaround times, controlling costs, optimizing workshop capacity, and maintaining accurate documentation and reports.

Manager will be accountable for customer satisfaction, handling escalations, communicating repair status,



and supporting aftersales initiatives to build long-term customer relationships. The position also includes supervising staff performance, supporting training, and implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency and quality.

Qualifications

- Strong focus on Customer Satisfaction and experience in managing customer interactions and resolutions.
- Practical exposure to Workshops and Body Shops, with the ability to oversee repair processes and workshop operations.
- Effective Communication skills for coordinating with customers, technicians, and other internal teams.
- Knowledge of Aftersales operations, including service processes, follow-ups, and retention initiatives.
- Experience in automotive body repair or service management, preferably within a dealership environment.
- Ability to lead and motivate teams, manage schedules, and ensure adherence to quality and safety standards.
- Competence in using basic computer systems and dealership management software for reporting and tracking.
- Relevant diploma or degree in automotive engineering, mechanical engineering, or a related field is preferred.
