Role Description The Bima Sakhi / CCA role is a hybrid position based in Delhi NCR, with some flexibility for work-from-home tasks. Day-to-day responsibilities include engaging with prospective and existing policyholders, explaining LIC products and benefits, and supporting customers in choosing appropriate insurance and investment plans. The role involves maintaining customer records, assisting with policy servicing activities such as premium payments and documentation, and coordinating with branch staff and agents to ensure timely resolution of customer queries.

Sakhi / CCA also supports community outreach and awareness activities,
builds long-term relationships, and promotes financial literacy and protection-oriented products. Regular reporting, adherence to regulatory guidelines, and participation in training and development programs are expected.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess robust customer service, relationship-building, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Candidates should possess basic sales, negotiation, and persuasion skills to explain insurance products and support policy acquisition.
- Candidates should possess organizational, time management, and documentation skills to handle customer records and policy-related paperwork.
- Candidates should possess basic computer literacy, including use of email, spreadsheets, and online portals, for day-to-day operations.
- Candidates should possess problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and a service-oriented mindset to address customer needs effectively.
- Minimum educational qualification of higher secondary or equivalent; a graduate degree in any discipline is preferred.
- Fluency in local language and working proficiency in English or Hindi; familiarity with Delhi’s local communities is an advantage.
- Prior experience in insurance, banking, or financial services is beneficial but not mandatory; willingness to undergo LIC training is required.
