The practice covers landscape design and masterplanning, softscape and planting, hardscape and paving, shade structures, water features, pools, play areas, irrigation, and landscape MEP. Every project is fully modelled and coordinated against structure and services before reaching site, and documented to a standard suitable for tender and construction.

Services include BIM modelling in Revit, clash detection, model-based quantity take-off, tender and construction documentation, authority submissions, and site supervision to handover. The firm operates design offices in Kerala, India and Dubai, UAE, offering opportunities to work on diverse regional projects.

Role Description This is a full-time hybrid BIM Modeler role based in India, with a combination of in-office and work-from-home arrangements. The BIM Modeler will create, develop, and maintain detailed landscape BIM models in Revit, coordinating softscape, hardscape, landscape MEP, and related elements with architectural and structural models. Daily responsibilities include preparing and updating construction drawings, supporting clash detection and quantity take-offs, and ensuring models align with project standards and authority requirements.

The role involves collaborating with landscape architects, engineers,



and other project stakeholders to resolve design and coordination issues and to produce accurate tender and construction documentation. The BIM Modeler will also assist in improving modelling workflows and standards to enhance project efficiency and quality.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Building Information Modeling (BIM) and Modeler-level proficiency, with experience in tools such as Revit.
- Candidates should possess knowledge of Architecture and landscape design principles, with the ability to interpret and translate design concepts into coordinated models.
- Candidates should possess experience working with Mechanical Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) coordination in BIM, particularly for landscape and site-related services.
- Candidates should possess the ability to produce and manage Construction Drawings derived from BIM models, ensuring accuracy and compliance with project standards.
- Relevant qualifications such as a diploma or degree in Architecture, Landscape Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Prior experience in landscape or infrastructure projects, especially within BIM-based workflows, is highly beneficial.
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in multidisciplinary teams.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to manage time and deadlines in a hybrid work workplace.
