Role Description The BIM Modeler will work on-site in Borivali in a full-time capacity, collaborating closely with architects, landscape designers, and project managers. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing and maintaining detailed BIM models, coordinating architectural and MEP elements, and preparing accurate construction drawings. The role involves interpreting design intent and transforming sketches, plans, and specifications into comprehensive digital models that support design review, documentation, and execution.

The BIM Modeler will also assist in clash detection, model updates, and quality checks,



while ensuring that project standards and timelines are met and communicating clearly with the project team.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Building Information Modeling (BIM) and related model management tools.
- Looking for candidates with 4 to 5 years of experience in Revit software
- Candidates should possess a solid understanding of Architecture and design documentation workflows.
- Candidates should possess hands-on Modeler experience creating detailed, coordinated project models.
- Candidates should possess knowledge of Mechanical Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) coordination within BIM environments.
- Candidates should possess the ability to produce clear, accurate Construction Drawings from BIM models.
- Relevant technical education in architecture, civil engineering, or related fields is preferred.
- Proficiency in common BIM software (e.g., Revit or similar platforms) and basic CAD tools is beneficial.
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in an on-site studio environment are key.
