This freelance opportunity is designed for Bengali-speaking linguistics professionals who want to apply their language expertise to the development of conversational AI. You will evaluate and refine AI-generated content with a focus on linguistic accuracy, grammatical quality, natural expression, and cultural relevance. Your work will help improve the quality and reliability of language models and conversational datasets.

You’ll contribute through structured evaluation, preference ranking, prompt creation, response writing, and detailed language review. The role offers a flexible remote schedule and the opportunity to collaborate with global teams working on cutting-edge AI projects. Accountabilities:

- Review and evaluate AI-generated Bengali text for linguistic accuracy, grammatical correctness, naturalness, and cultural appropriateness.
- Identify linguistic issues and produce high-quality rewritten responses that improve clarity, accuracy, and overall language quality.
- Develop natural prompts and responses in Bengali to strengthen conversational AI datasets and improve model performance.
- Perform structured language evaluation tasks, including preference ranking, grammaticality checks, response comparison, and text refinement.
- Provide clear, constructive, and consistent feedback on AI-generated language outputs.

- Apply strong knowledge of Bengali grammar, linguistic structures, idiomatic usage, and cultural nuances throughout the evaluation process.




- Collaborate with international teams and other language specialists to maintain quality standards and contribute to the improvement of AI language systems.
- Complete assigned project tasks accurately and consistently while meeting quality and delivery expectations.

Requirements:

- Strong academic or professional background in Linguistics is required.
- Native or professional-level proficiency in Bengali, with excellent written communication skills.
- Deep understanding of Bengali grammar, syntax, linguistic structures, natural language usage, and cultural context.
- Previous experience in language review, linguistic evaluation, translation, content quality, localization, editing, or a related field is preferred.
- Comfortable working with structured evaluation activities such as preference ranking, prompt-response creation, grammaticality assessment, and text improvement.

- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify subtle linguistic, grammatical, contextual, and cultural issues.
- Ability to provide precise, constructive feedback and produce polished, natural-language rewrites.
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment while collaborating with distributed global teams.

- Strong organizational skills and reliability when completing repetitive, detail-oriented evaluation tasks.




- Availability to contribute approximately 20 hours per week during the project period.
