Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee, espresso-based beverages, tea, matcha, smoothies, and other drinks as per Café Manah standards.
- Operate and maintain espresso machines, grinders, blenders, and other beverage equipment.
- Grind, dose, tamp, extract, and steam milk correctly while maintaining consistency.
- Understand coffee basics including beans, roast profiles, grind size, extraction, and milk texturing.
- Prepare beverages efficiently during busy service periods without compromising quality.
- Maintain consistency in taste, presentation, temperature, and portioning.
- Follow standard recipes and beverage preparation procedures.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the bar, equipment, counters, and storage areas.
- Perform daily opening and closing duties for the beverage station.
- Monitor inventory of coffee, milk, syrups, matcha, tea, and other beverage ingredients.
- Inform the supervisor about stock requirements, equipment issues, or wastage.
- Interact with customers, understand their preferences, and provide recommendations when required.




- Handle customer feedback professionally and ensure a positive guest experience.
- Coordinate with the kitchen and service team for smooth café operations.
- Follow all food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety standards.

Candidate Requirements
- Previous experience as a Barista is preferred.
- Valuable understanding of espresso-based beverages and coffee preparation.
- Knowledge of basic latte art will be an advantage.
- Passion for coffee, beverages, and hospitality.
- Strong communication and customer-service skills.
- Good attention to detail and presentation.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Good personal hygiene and grooming standards.
- Reliable, punctual, and willing to learn.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
