Job Summary:We are looking for a reliable and hard-working Bakery Helper to join our kitchen team. In this role, you will help our bakers prepare delicious baked goods, keep the kitchen clean and organized, and ensure we follow food safety rules. No professional baking experience is required, but a passion for baking and a willingness to learn are highly valued!

Key Responsibilities:

- Prep Ingredients: Weigh and measure ingredients like flour, sugar, and yeast accurately.

- Assist Bakers: Help mix, roll, shape, and decorate dough and pastries.

- Baking Support: Load and unload ovens, track baking times, and rotate trays.

- Cleaning & Sanitation: Wash baking dishes, sanitize counters, sweep floors, and empty trash bins.

- Package & Display: Box or wrap finished baked goods and stock storefront display shelves.

- Inventory Control: Unload deliveries and store ingredients in the correct spots.

Requirements:

- Basic knowledge of baking or a solid desire to learn.

- Strong teamwork and communication skills.

- Ability to follow instructions and health/safety rules closely.

- Flexibility to work early morning, weekend, or holiday shifts.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
