- Assist the bakery team with day-to-day production and preparation of breads & other bakery products.

-Follow established recipes, production methods, mixing, fermentation, proofing, baking, and finishing processes accurately.

-Support the team in maintaining consistent product quality, taste, texture, appearance, and portion sizes.

-Prepare and handle ingredients, doughs, fillings, creams, and other components as required for daily production.

-Assist with daily production planning and timely completion of orders under the guidance of senior bakers.

-Maintain high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, food safety, and personal grooming within the production area.

-Ensure proper handling, storage, labelling, and rotation of raw materials and finished products.

-Operate bakery equipment safely and responsibly, and keep equipment and workstations clean and organized

-Minimise product and raw material wastage by following prescribed quantities and processes.

-Work closely with senior bakers and the production team to ensure smooth and effective workflow.

-Be willing to learn new techniques and develop skills across various departments.

Maintain a positive, disciplined, and team-oriented approach to daily bakery operations.
