Position Summary

We are hiring fresh graduates for the position of Back Office Executive to support our e-commerce operations. This role is ideal for individuals looking to begin their careers in a dynamic and rapid-paced environment, with a focus on data management, coordination, and backend support.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain and update product information in the internal catalog system.
- Coordinate with suppliers to collect detailed product data, specifications, and images.
- Ensure accuracy and consistency in product listings, pricing, and availability across platforms.
- Support the implementation of cataloging standards and best practices.
- Enter new product data with correct categorization and attributes.
- Conduct regular quality checks and audits to identify errors or outdated data.
- Work with the IT team to resolve technical issues related to catalog systems.
- Address catalog-related queries from internal teams and vendors.




- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers for smooth information flow.
- Contribute to ongoing improvements in cataloging processes and tools.

Qualifications & Skills

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (fresh graduates welcome).
- Interest in back office operations, cataloging, or e-commerce.
- Basic knowledge of data entry or data management principles.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Excel; training will be provided.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to stay organized.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Team-oriented and proactive approach to problem-solving.

Compensation

- CTC: 19,000 per month
- In-hand Salary: 13,000 per month
- (Standard deductions apply as per company policy.)
