We at Headfox, a leading D2C automobile company, are looking for a highly motivated Sales Manager - B2B to join our team. This role is pivotal in driving the growth and expansion of our retail presence, ensuring seamless customer experiences, and building long-term partnerships in the automobile industry.

Key Responsibilities

- Strategize and execute business development plans to expand the retail network, including exclusive stores, franchise outlets, and experience centers.
- Identify high-potential locations for retail expansion and establish partnerships with landlords, mall operators, and other stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain relationships with retail partners, ensuring alignment with company standards and objectives.
- Analyse market trends and customer preferences to optimise retail strategies and enhance customer engagement.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to design and implement in-store promotions and campaigns.
- Monitor the performance of retail outlets and ensure compliance with company policies, operational standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Prepare and present reports on sales performance,



revenue growth, and market insights to senior management.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams (e.g., logistics, marketing, and product) to ensure a consistent and premium customer experience.

Skills and Qualifications

- Proven experience in retail business development, preferably in the D2C, automobile or Electronics • Strong understanding of retail operations, market dynamics, and customer behaviour in the automobile/Electronics sector.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and networking skills.
- Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and data analysis.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelors/Master’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
